Spacious lanai and sunbathing area

Our villa has its own south facing, screened, heated pool with multi-coloured fiber optic lighting. It is cleaned and maintained weekly by our local Management Company. The pool is 28ft x 12ft with an extra large sundeck area and a spacious covered lanai measuring 21ft x 10ft - ideal for those who wish to relax outside while at the same time avoid the heat of the midday sun. There is a half bathroom, with WC and wash hand basin, adjacent to the pool area making it ideal for children. The large deck area and lanai, which has a ceiling fan, can be lit at night and is equipped with a gas BBQ, luxury pool furniture, dining table and chairs. Pool towels are provided.

Scenic views across a small natural lake and conservation area ensure that you are not overlooked from the rear. As the pool area is south facing you can be sure of maximum winter sunshine. You can relax in comfort and style as you watch the fish 'flip' in the lake and observe an abundance of Florida wildlife from the privacy of your own private pool area!!
