Sunset Lakes - Gated Community

Sunset Lakes is situated less than 4 miles west of Disney, just off Highway 192 and behind Splendid China. Other developments close by include Lindfields, Rolling Hills and Fermosa Gardens. Completed in year 2000, Sunset Lakes is a beautifully designed gated community of executive homes built around two lakes and bordering an extensive conservation area.

Children's play area

On site facilities include a community swimming pool, cabana, toddlers play area and gazebo.Although the community is set behind private electronic gates, quietly of the beaten tourist track, it is literally minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Epcot and MGM Studios. Universal Studios, Sea World and a host of other theme parks and attractions are also close by. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive of our villa.

Community pool

Your holiday villa is so near to Disney that you can easily spend 5 or 6 hours at the Theme Parks, return home and do some sunbathing, before returning in the evening to watch the fireworks!

Golf, tennis and most water sports are also close at hand. If you want to get to know the 'Real Florida' better then why not take a drive out into the countryside where you will find lots of lakes, orange groves and cattle ranches. However you may wish to spend you busy days you will be glad to come home to the comfort of your own holiday villa and relax with a long, cool drink by the pool.
